My customers are not getting my emails

It's possible that the payment request emails are getting caught by a spam filter.  We would recommend one of the following ways to resolve the issue:


  • Ask your customer to check their spam filter
  • Add the sender email "billing@epayapp.co" to the customer contact list.  This helps the spam filter identify email that is desired.
  • Send the payment request to another email address the customer can use.
  • Send the payment request via SMS text messaging with the customer's mobile phone number.


I'm unable to send a request, the app is just spinning

This is happening because the ePay app is not able to reach our payment server.  There are multiple reasons for this occurring.


  • Your Clover device is not connected to the Internet.  Get help with troubleshooting your Internet connection.
  • The ePayment server may be temporarily down.  Contact us with your issue via email at support@simpleposapps.com with the subject "Unable to send payment request"
