Upon request, we can obtain the IP address used to place the order as long as the request is made within 15 days of the order date.  This is a typical request when a chargeback occurs.  


It's useful to keep in mind the context for how these payments are made and the fraud implications.  They are sent to specific individuals via SMS or email.  So it can be argued that the targeted individuals would be the one making the payment.  This is much more protection than a typical Internet transaction.


That said, we are not providing chargeback protection or compensation.  Merchants should use the typical risk prevention methods to ensure they are dealing with the correct individual over the phone.
