How to Setup a Recurring Payment
Under Payment Type, select“Recurring”
In the “Occurs every” field, select either “days, weeks, months, or years”.
Now enter how often the invoice is due.
If in the “Occurs every” field, “weeks” is selected, then a day must be chosen for the “Repeats on” field.
This is the day of the week the invoice is due on.In the “Repeating” “times” field, enter the total # of times the invoice will be sent.
The “For a total of” fields automatically calculates the total $ amount of all the invoices.Clicking on the “Starting on” date will bring up a “Set date” calendar.
This determines what date the invoice will start on.

What Happens When the Payment is Declined

Can Customers Cancel the Recurring Payments
Yes, we do enable customer to cancel the payments though it is accessed through "Update Payment" link in the emails so that it's available but not readily accessible. This option is made available to customer so that they have the ability to cancel. Otherwise, customer may file chargebacks which will end up costing your business significantly more.
