Customer Contact Email Address: If you have completed the "Customer Contact" email address in the Setup app, it will be used as the "From" address to your merchants.  The name of sender will be  "Business Name" in the Setup app as well.



Account Setting Email Address:  If the Customer Contact Email Address has not been populated, then ePayment app will utilize the email address that is under the Owner´s Account Setting. You can locate the email by opening the Clover Setup app and clicking on Account Settings. This email address is not editable from the Setup app. To edit the email address, it requires the assistance of Clover Support. We recommend that you uninstall the ePayment app prior to changing the Owner´s email address and then reinstalling the ePayment app once the email address has been updated.
